Provides sports medicine and orthopedic patient care, including evaluations, physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning, diagnostic testing, procedures, pre- and post-operative care, follow-up, patient education, referrals, documentation, and care coordination with orthopedic physicians.

Provides orthopedic, sports medicine, and spine care under physician collaboration. Evaluates patients, performs examinations, orders and interprets diagnostics, develops treatment plans, delivers pre- and post-operative care, performs procedures, educates patients, coordinates referrals, documents care, and manages follow-up. Requires a bachelor’s degree, accredited Physician Assistant program completion, NCCPA certification, Colorado licensure, and CPR certification.

The Chief Operating Officer provides executive leadership across physician practice operations, revenue cycle, finance, compliance, facilities, IT, therapy, imaging, DME, and ambulatory surgery centers. The role partners with the CEO and physician leadership on strategy, growth, budgeting, operational performance, technology adoption, people development, governance, and regulatory compliance. The COO oversees multiple sites and functions, develops performance metrics, improves patient access and efficiency, manages vendors and contracts, and supports physician-owned organizational growth.

Perform diagnostic radiologic studies, produce high-quality images, implement radiation safety, assist intra-operatively and in emergencies, maintain patient records, collaborate with radiologists, participate in QA and continuing education, and provide patient education and procedural support.

Provide comprehensive operative and non-operative hand care, collaborate with APPs, therapists, and clinical teams, participate in trauma call, build referral relationships, and grow a surgical practice within a physician-led private orthopedic group.
