Provide comprehensive operative and non-operative hand care, collaborate with APPs, therapists, and clinical teams, participate in trauma call, build referral relationships, and grow a surgical practice within a physician-led private orthopedic group.

Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, operating X-ray and C-arm (fluoroscopy) equipment, creating and managing digital images in Medstrat, maintaining records and equipment, ensuring radiation safety and infection control, and occasionally assisting with basic medical assistant duties.

Lead strategic and operational management of a multisite orthopedic practice. Oversee finance, budgeting, payer contracts, compliance, board governance, physician recruitment, and organizational growth while fostering strong physician and staff relationships.

Manage medical accounts receivable including reviewing outstanding balances, following up on unpaid or denied insurance claims, submitting appeals, performing charge entry, resolving billing discrepancies, and responding to patient billing inquiries. Collaborate with providers and insurers, apply general ICD-10/CPT coding knowledge, and maintain HIPAA and Medicare compliance.

Manage and deliver PreOp and PACU nursing care for orthopedic outpatient surgery. Split role between direct patient care and managerial duties: staffing, training, compliance, performance management, policy development, recruitment, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with physicians and committees to maintain quality, safety, and staff development.

Perform diagnostic radiologic studies, ensure radiation safety and high-quality imaging, maintain patient records, assist radiologists and surgeons, support emergency imaging, participate in QA and continuing education, and follow HIPAA and sterile procedures.
