Retirement & Stock Options Benefits

401(K)

Automatic enrollment into a 401(k) the day an employee starts. This benefit is offered to all full-time employees, with no vesting period required.

401(K) Matching

All employees receive an automatic monthly contribution from Bluestaq of 4% of their base salary into the 401k account, and we match 100% up to an additional 6%. The total contribution is 10%.

Performance Bonus

Bluestaq offers a yearly performance bonus depending on the company and individual performance. Our year-end bonuses are very competitive with the industry best.

Family Medical Leave

Bluestaq will provide eligible employees with up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to employees who meet the eligibility requirements.
