As a team, we spend the last Friday of every month volunteering at local non-profits. In 2022, we volunteered 90 hours at local charities including the Denver Rescue Mission, Meals on Wheels, Edwards Foundation for Rescued Animals, Showers for All, Project Worthmore, and more. We have also organized food drives for local charities and adopted a local school to provide Christmas presents for children from lower-income families. We are fortunate to be able to use some of our skills, time, and privilege to help others in our community. Blue Ox Digital believes that a company is at its best when employees are HAPPY, HEALTHY, AND ENGAGED. This is why we prioritize employee satisfaction and wellness by offering unlimited PTO (that employees are encouraged and sometimes required to take advantage of), profit sharing, a personal wellness benefit (used on massages, therapy, the gym, yoga, etc.), an office filled with music, ping pong, and snacks, and the flexibility to work remotely to enjoy a long Eurotrip or quality time with family.
