Own the full-cycle mid-market sales process for Cash App Pay and Afterpay, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, launch, and handoff. Build merchant relationships, develop account plans and business cases, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, maintain Salesforce pipeline data and forecasts, deliver revenue targets, and provide market feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Manage enterprise KYC policy and strategy across Block’s business lines. Develop and maintain policies, assess regulatory changes, guide implementation, define AI/ML risk and identity-verification controls, monitor program metrics, advise stakeholders, support audits and examinations, and remediate compliance risks including model bias, drift, false positives, and explainability gaps.

Lead data strategy and analytics for Compliance and AML, develop ETL and validations, quantify regulatory risk, communicate insights to stakeholders and regulators, and drive cross-functional compliance initiatives.
