Configure and tune scanning platforms, guide vulnerability remediation, support SBOM reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, train customer teams, and build success plans. Partner with account teams on renewals, customer health, executive reviews, and expansion opportunities while serving as a technical advisor to AppSec, engineering, and executive stakeholders.

Drives adoption and technical value for enterprise application security customers. Configures and tunes SAST, SCA, and DAST solutions; guides vulnerability remediation, SBOM reviews, scanning, reporting, and troubleshooting. Enables customer teams, develops success plans, monitors account health, supports renewals, presents executive business reviews, identifies expansion opportunities, and partners with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering. Requires customer-facing technical experience, application security expertise, CI/CD knowledge, software development skills, and travel up to 25%.
