Supports daily clearing, custody, staking, wallet, liquidity, and digital asset fund movement operations for a cryptocurrency exchange. Performs crypto and fiat reconciliations, investigates discrepancies, monitors operational controls, escalates issues, maintains records, supports reporting and audits, and contributes to process improvements. Collaborates with Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, timely, and secure transaction processing.

Provides operational and administrative support to the Legal team by reviewing subpoenas, court orders, warrants, and other legal requests; drafting communications; coordinating with law enforcement and government agencies; tracking records and deadlines; analyzing data; and supporting blockchain transaction tracing. Maintains confidentiality, accuracy, and quality while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams in a fast-paced remote environment.

Supports system reliability, scalability, and observability through monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, infrastructure as code, automation, production support, incident response, and post-incident improvements. The role collaborates with development and operations teams and uses tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Terraform, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Lead product analytics to improve user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, perform funnel/cohort analyses, maintain KPIs and dashboards, ensure event tracking, leverage ML and AI tools for advanced analyses, and translate insights into product recommendations across cross-functional teams.

Own end-to-end analysis of payments, chargebacks, and user lifecycle to identify drivers of net loss. Deep-dive into fraud cases, design and evaluate A/B experiments and risk-rule changes, build monitoring dashboards, partner with Risk, Payments, and Product to convert insights into mitigations, and run ad-hoc analyses of emerging loss trends.

Partner with Marketing as the embedded data science lead to build marketing measurement, attribution, LTV/ROAS/CAC models, run experiments, analyze the full funnel, create forecasts and dashboards, and influence channel strategy and budget allocation.
