Oversees distributed teams, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, reports production status, and provides rotating 24x7 on-call support. The role requires extensive incident, change, testing, people, and IT service management experience, plus familiarity with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
