It requires strong communication, organization, analytical skills, intermediate Excel and Outlook proficiency, and availability during standard weekday business hours.

Lead industrial engineering analysis and projects for distribution operations, supporting automation and material handling implementations. Perform time studies, design flows, build labor and costing models, analyze large datasets in Excel, support WMS implementations, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist facility design and operational improvements.

Support and develop distribution-related systems (UI, back-end processes, reports). Resolve help desk tickets, support users, customize user exits for process changes and customer requirements. Work within development guidelines to implement and maintain ERP/WMS/TMS integrations, barcode labeling, and network/API connectivity across facilities.
