Represents clients in business immigration matters, manages immigration assistants and paralegals, oversees case preparation, communicates with clients, trains staff, assigns work, ensures quality and accuracy, and guides clients through intake and document submission processes.

Supports high-volume business immigration casework from initial assessment through filing and case updates. Prepares forms, petitions, supporting letters, and documentation; communicates with clients; maintains accurate case records; tracks deadlines, RFEs, and government updates; and coordinates with USCIS, DOL, and DOS. The role emphasizes compliance, procedural accuracy, workflow management, client service, and continuous learning across employment-based immigration matters.
