Deliver banking transformation across retail, consumer lending, and payments by assessing operations, designing future-state operating models, supporting program governance and tech-enabled implementations, developing client deliverables and executive presentations, and collaborating with AI specialists. Lead or support PMOs, vendor evaluations, and business readiness while contributing to practice growth, business development, recruiting, and thought leadership.

Lead consumer banking and lending transformation engagements across operations, technology, and customer lifecycle. Assess current operations, design future-state operating models, run PMOs/governance, support vendor selection and implementation, produce executive deliverables, build client relationships, and help grow the practice through business development, recruiting, and thought leadership. Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI-enabled approaches.

Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud-native systems. Improve reliability through automation, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and incident management. Collaborate with developers, security, and product teams to define SLOs, implement self-healing, debug production issues, and ensure secure deployments.

Design and implement a virtual access layer to enable remote use of a physical AI lab, building scalable, secure infrastructure to process 100,000+ documents/day with LLMs, optimize GPU/LLM throughput, provide customizable interfaces, implement authentication/access controls, and lead projects from design to production.

Lead end-to-end product design for data-driven healthcare platforms: translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI; coach and lead designers; represent user needs while balancing business and technical constraints; present design work to cross-functional teams and integrate design into agile processes.
