Leads Benesch’s company-wide communications strategy, brand stewardship, internal and external communications, digital channels, social media, website content, media relations, and thought leadership. Advises executives, translates complex technical topics into compelling messaging, manages communications analytics, and leads a communications team. The role also strengthens the company’s reputation and visibility within the AEC industry while coordinating communications across business functions and external partners.

Leads strategic pursuit planning for major professional services opportunities, including capture planning, client positioning, proposal messaging, interview strategy, competitive intelligence, and win-loss analysis. Facilitates workshops, coaches technical teams, improves proposal quality, develops marketing capabilities, and mentors marketing professionals. Partners with firm leadership and business development teams to align pursuits with client needs and growth objectives.

Develop and administer QuickBase applications, workflows, pipelines, and web-based project management and field data tools. Provide technical support, training, and best-practice guidance to staff, project teams, vendors, and clients. Analyze complex problems, recommend solutions, and manage QuickBase projects through implementation and maintenance. The role requires QuickBase Builder and Pipelines Builder certifications, with Python, HTML, and Jinja experience preferred.
