Develop winning technical and business solutions for Federal Government opportunities. Requires strong AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, networking, scripting, programming, troubleshooting, Agile collaboration, and SRE skills.

Build and maintain AWS-based DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and Infrastructure as Code. Improve observability, resilience, security, compliance, and scalability through monitoring, vulnerability management, system hardening, and performance testing. Collaborate with development teams to resolve outages, contribute to architecture and software development, review code, document systems, mentor engineers, and participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call support.

Leads operational communications and support for the Claims team, managing shared inboxes, ServiceNow intake, request triage, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking, escalations, reporting, and recurring operational meetings. Maintains support documentation, templates, procedures, and service standards while identifying process improvements and ensuring partner inquiries and issues are tracked through resolution. Collaborates with CMS stakeholders, contractors, Product, Engineering, and leadership in a remote-first healthcare technology environment.

Design healthcare digital services using service design principles to understand patient, caregiver, provider, payer, and policymaker journeys. Create clear, decision-supporting solutions that reduce confusion, streamline processes, improve patient care, and reduce costs. Collaborate remotely with clients and cross-functional teams in a mission-driven environment focused on public health outcomes.

Develop and maintain full-stack healthcare applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript. Build APIs, data models, user interfaces, and automated testing suites while optimizing data operations for scalability, performance, integrity, and security. Scope and deliver medium-to-large features, reduce technical debt, contribute to system design, and support team members in a remote-first environment.

Leads technology service delivery programs, overseeing technical, contractual, financial, and administrative performance. Manages client relationships, strategic direction, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractors, revenue, and compliance.
