Performs complex accounting activities, including preparing financial statements, adjusting and closing entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, regulatory reporting, and account procedures. Applies GAAP and regulatory requirements to financial data and systems. Supports budgeting, special projects, team training, and process improvements while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Leads branch customer relationships, sales performance, profitability, compliance, and daily operations. Coaches and develops branch employees, manages key member relationships, supports loan and deposit products, monitors audits and risk, prepares operating and business development plans, and assumes branch management duties when needed. Travels between branches and ensures adherence to financial regulations, operational procedures, and service standards.

Administers payroll and employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, leave, wellness, and enrollment processes. Ensures compliance with payroll, tax, employment, and benefits regulations; reconciles payroll and benefit invoices; conducts audits and pay equity analyses; evaluates job levels and compensation; supports plan design changes; and educates employees while liaising with vendors and management.

Manages full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment checks. Supports HRIS administration, employee records, reporting, compliance, audits, employment verifications, unemployment claims, and employee lifecycle processes. Administers NMLS enrollment, renewals, records, and audits. Partners with hiring managers and employees while maintaining confidentiality and responding to routine HR inquiries.

Manages real estate loss mitigation, foreclosure referrals, and REO properties for a credit union. Reviews borrower situations, determines appropriate resolutions, coordinates with attorneys, servicers, realtors, vendors, and property managers, and oversees property preservation, marketing, and sale. Ensures timely documentation, regulatory compliance, accurate foreclosure tracking, and minimized institutional losses while supporting borrowers and protecting member information.

Reviews and underwrites commercial loans, including complex commercial real estate transactions, using business, personal, and global financial data. Recommends risk ratings, loan approvals, modifications, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensures regulatory compliance, evaluates loan participations, coordinates documentation with credit unions and service providers, supports property inspections, and provides training as needed.
