Lead preconstruction estimating for interior, envelope, site, and structure scopes up to $5M. Produce quantity takeoffs, build organized estimates (UniFormat/MasterFormat), manage bid day, administer BIM tools, mentor junior staff, engage subcontractors, and deliver professional cost documentation and presentations using DESTINI, Revit, BIM360, Procore, and related software.

Manage architectural projects alongside Project Managers and Designers: oversee budgets, schedules, documentation, staff mentoring, client communication, and lead small projects using 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop). Support integrated project delivery, prepare fee budgets, and promote the firm.

Lead and support project delivery by managing submittals, RFIs, schedules, permits, procurement, quality control, punch lists, and closeout. Perform daily field walks, coordinate trades and utilities, apply Lean principles, mentor junior engineers, and help prepare reports and LEED/Green Building documentation.

Produce accurate Revit construction models from shop drawings, scans, redlines and design models. Translate CAD to Revit, model construction components, produce model-driven field deliverables, support coordination in Autodesk Construction Cloud, flag constructability issues, follow standards, manage workload, and assist automation and quantity-extraction efforts to support construction teams.

Support the Project Manager across preconstruction, procurement, contract administration, budgeting, change management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and project closeout. Coordinate design teams, supervise project engineers and interns, manage monthly pay applications, and implement health and safety plans while using construction technologies.
