Supports the Office of Head Start with grant application review, awards administration, recipient performance monitoring, regulatory guidance, waiver processing, site visits, and risk mitigation. Analyzes reports, complaints, funding requests, and school-readiness goals; coordinates with federal staff and technical assistance teams; conducts recipient calls and meetings; supports competitive grant reviews; and helps Head Start programs improve compliance and performance.

Lead and supervise BCT staff supporting Head Start/Early Head Start grants. Manage full grant lifecycle: application review, awards, budgets, monitoring, site visits, risk identification, compliance, and reporting. Serve as primary liaison to the Regional Office and COR, maintain electronic grant files, implement systems/workflows, and support program improvement and accountability.

Support Head Start grant recipients by performing data validation, cleansing, metadata and records management, and quality assurance. Run basic SQL queries, maintain documentation and document repositories, produce reports using Excel and Smartsheet, resolve data discrepancies, monitor data quality metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data governance, compliance, and operational workflows.
