Serves as the primary client contact, translates requirements into engineering and design tasks, coordinates cross-functional teams, and improves development, maintenance, and release processes. Ensures client satisfaction, resource alignment, and delivery against business objectives.

Leads the Foundation’s strategy, operations, programs, ventures, fundraising, partnerships, team development, governance, and impact measurement. The Executive Director translates the Founder’s vision into measurable outcomes, oversees multiple entities, builds scalable systems, represents the organization publicly, and advances innovative economic equality, ownership, and wealth-building initiatives.
