Lead and grow Arlo's MGU stop-loss business with TPAs and plan partners. Own partner relationships, drive revenue, manage renewals and upsells, monitor loss ratios and utilization, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve billing/claims/TPA issues, and deliver performance improvements.

Own member medical journeys by reviewing claims, prior authorizations, and ADT feeds to identify needs; perform clinical assessments; build individualized care plans; coordinate with PCPs, specialists, hospitals, and post-acute providers; support complex episodes and transitions; partner on utilization management; develop protocols and tooling; and document to maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance.

Operate at the intersection of underwriting, data science, and sales operations to validate inputs, approve quotes within authority, monitor funnel performance, analyze risk composition, triage quote inquiries, support downstream execution, and develop underwriting reporting and dashboards to ensure operational integrity of an automated underwriting workflow.
