Conduct outbound calls to commercial decision-makers, research prospects, qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and track outreach performance. The representative will support commercial concrete service growth, participate in script development and A/B testing, and contribute to process improvements. Strong communication, persistence, organization, independence, and willingness to learn are essential. Previous outbound sales or lead-generation experience is preferred but not required.

Provides phone, email, chat, and webform technical support for golf and sports technology products. Troubleshoots hardware, software, installation, connectivity, configuration, and application issues; guides customers through resolutions; documents interactions in a CRM; follows up as needed; and delivers positive customer experiences while learning specialized technology.
