Oversee Insurance Broking Accounts, including premium and claims fund processing, collections, cash allocation, reconciliations, credit control, aged debt management, cash-flow monitoring, and financial reporting. The role partners with Finance, broking teams, clients, brokers, and external counterparties while ensuring FCA CASS, internal control, and accounting compliance. It also supports process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Lead development of FP&A intelligence: translate financial and operational data into strategic insights, build predictive models and scalable BI frameworks, automate reporting, and partner with executive and cross-functional teams to inform decisions and drive growth and efficiency.
