Oversee the production and publishing of multiple PC and console game projects from development through release. Manage schedules, milestones, roadmaps, budgets, backlogs, submissions, approvals, QA, localization, metadata, pricing, and distribution. Coordinate internal teams, external studios, license partners, IP owners, and publishing service providers while identifying blockers and ensuring timely, high-quality launches.

Own Salesforce administration and operational infrastructure across commercial workflows, agreements, contracts, reporting, and integrations. Improve data integrity, automate processes, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinate implementations with technical teams. Develop documentation, training, governance standards, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with leadership, Legal, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and adoption.
