Oversee day-to-day operations of state programs including compliance monitoring, timely state/federal reporting, CRM/database accuracy, team hiring and development, KPI tracking, financial workflow coordination with accounting, stakeholder representation, and program growth and special projects support. Remote role with occasional travel.

Lead regional outreach to grow school participation and donor engagement, build relationships with school leaders, businesses, churches, and community partners, deliver presentations, support sign-up processes, set and track KPIs, collaborate with marketing and program staff, and travel to expand programs and increase contributions.

Lead national business development strategy to secure high-impact partnerships with faith-based organizations or large employers. Cultivate senior relationships, pursue and close large contribution opportunities, align outreach with stakeholders, set KPIs, coordinate marketing efforts, support special projects, and travel as needed to expand CTF's national impact.

Lead and execute marketing strategies and multi-media campaigns to grow school participation and contributors. Manage agency partners, website and digital content, collateral production, performance tracking, and ensure brand alignment with ACSI standards.

Manage day-to-day operations of federal programs including compliance reporting, CRM data accuracy, financial workflows, team hiring and development, KPI establishment, cross-department collaboration, and stakeholder representation to drive program growth and operational efficiency.

Administer federal CTF scholarship operations including recording contributions, preparing award recommendations, managing financial transactions and compliance, maintaining databases, preparing reports, developing training materials, and responding to stakeholder inquiries to ensure accurate, compliant program delivery.
