Build customer-facing AI products and agentic automation, modernize core architecture, improve observability and CI, ship full‑stack features (TS/Node/NestJS/React/Postgres), mentor engineers, and influence engineering practices across the organization.

Build and scale payroll onboarding and support for Arketa Payroll. Guide customers through setup and migrations, troubleshoot payroll/tax/product issues, create documentation and help center content, and share feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the payroll experience.

Manage a portfolio of wellness studio Partners across chat, email, and Zoom; resolve operational issues, proactively improve studio outcomes, visit studios 2–3 days weekly in Austin, act as a virtual studio manager when needed, and advocate partner feedback to Product and Engineering.

Lead and manage a team of 6-10 AEs to exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Coach junior sellers via call reviews, deal coaching, role-plays, and training. Recruit and onboard reps, partner with SDRs and RevOps, build metrics and dashboards, design and iterate sales plays, and use AI (Claude) for analyses and enablement. Collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Product and contribute to sales strategy and forecasting.

Act as the first point of contact for prospective small and mid-sized wellness studios. Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, social, and SMS; qualify leads; book demos for AEs; maintain HubSpot records; collaborate with marketing; and nurture prospects until ready to convert.
