ARC'TERYX Benefits Overview

Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 20 strategic specialty retail accounts across North America. Build relationships with dealers, buyers, marketing teams, and community leaders; develop account growth plans; analyze sales and inventory; improve sell-through; support product storytelling and staff training; lead demos, community events, and account experiences; translate customer insights into business actions; and identify selective new dealer opportunities. Travel up to 50% is required.

Manages wholesale customer relationships across Texas and Oklahoma, serving as the primary account contact while driving sales, revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include account reviews, prospecting, onboarding, presentations, negotiations, order coordination, demand forecasting, inventory communication, CRM maintenance, issue resolution, and identifying growth opportunities. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to support wholesale accounts and expand revenue.
