Leads the credit risk data science function across underwriting, fraud, loss forecasting, profitability, and portfolio analytics. Owns the model development roadmap and lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, governance, validation, and regulatory readiness. Manages and mentors data science talent, establishes technical standards, partners with cross-functional teams, and translates business objectives into scalable analytical solutions. Guides responsible AI adoption and communicates model performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Builds and maintains analytical data foundations for lending, underwriting, pricing, originations, collections, and portfolio analytics. Develops reusable SQL assets, dimensional models, data marts, transformation workflows, reporting solutions, and business intelligence products using SQL, Python, dbt, Git, Snowflake, Power BI, and Sigma. Partners with technical teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to integrate data, standardize metrics, automate testing, and deliver reliable, documented, scalable analytical assets.

Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, customer refunds, account reconciliations, internal controls, and month-end close. Partner with IT and accounting teams to ensure GAAP compliance, automate processes, perform accounting research, and drive process improvements.

Lead accounting and reporting activities including evaluating new accounting standards, preparing journal entries and financial analyses, designing controls and mitigating risk, coordinating internal/external reporting and audits, and driving accounting projects like system implementations and process improvements.

The Regional Sales Manager sells company products, develops new customers, investigates new product applications, and manages dealership partnerships. Responsibilities include sales calls, presentations, market research, and report preparation.
