Own and expand Apollo’s partnerships with foundation model companies, agent harnesses, and AI-native platforms. Identify new integration surfaces, drive partner certification and compliance, develop monetization strategies, and coordinate multi-party partnerships. Collaborate with R&D to design and launch MCP servers, plugins, skills, and agent tools while tracking fast-changing AI ecosystem developments and shaping Apollo’s partnership strategy.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will drive complex SaaS deals, collaborate across teams, lead technical discovery, and mentor peers while focusing on customer success and integration solutions.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution for Connected TV, audio, OOH, and direct mail/gifting. Build programmatic audio and CTV programs, manage media/vendor relationships, design incrementality tests and measurement frameworks, partner with Creative and Analytics to align channels with pipeline goals, and scale offline, upper-funnel programs within an ABM and performance-marketing context.

Contribute to the design system in Figma, run user research and experiments, and ensure cross-surface consistency and high-quality execution.

Lead the vision and strategy for Deliverability & Connectivity at Apollo.io by managing messaging infrastructure, ensuring reliable execution, and enhancing customer trust within the GTM stack.

Lead and execute mixed-methods user research—usability tests, interviews, surveys, ethnography—synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations, personas, and journey maps. Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers, mentor junior researchers, and apply AI and prototyping to accelerate analysis and drive product improvements within a fast-paced, agile SaaS environment.

Own Salesforce architecture and GTM systems for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Design scalable solutions, govern multi-instance Salesforce, support quote-to-cash and AI-driven GTM builds, build automation (Flows, Apex, LWC), integrate Salesforce tools, lead stakeholder alignment, and manage end-to-end implementations from discovery through rollout and adoption.

Lead AppSec efforts across product, platform, and AI features by owning secure SDLC, performing threat modeling and deep code reviews, driving vulnerability management and remediation, building AppSec tooling and automations (including AI-assisted workflows), and enabling engineering teams with secure design guidance and training.
