Dual-role IT Administrator and SOC Analyst I: own IT ticket queue, troubleshoot and maintain endpoints/servers/cloud, onboard users, and monitor/triage security alerts using SIEM, perform initial incident response, document incidents, and support SOC operations while developing SIEM/EDR proficiency.

Partner with executives to drive strategic initiatives and own Apollo's AI-enabled GTM engine. Manage cross-functional marketing, named-account plays, LinkedIn advertising, content distribution, conference planning, vendor relationships, and sales enablement. Use AI, APIs, and low-code tools to build automation and workflows, create assets from thought leadership, and establish operational rhythms and project tracking.

The Account Executive will drive business development, manage SLED accounts in the Northeast, and collaborate with key stakeholders to expand revenue in the cybersecurity sector.

The Proposal Manager manages the RFP process, coordinates proposal development, collaborates with teams, and creates marketing and technical content to support business development.

Provide long-term, client-facing cybersecurity advisory services: develop prioritized, business-aware security roadmaps; align governance and compliance to frameworks; translate technical risk for executives; own advisory relationships; partner with assessors and engineers; support incident readiness and program improvement; mentor junior staff and evolve advisory methodology.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent cybersecurity engagements: manage scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks, client communications, and quality. Maintain project plans, RAID logs, time tracking, and records in PSA (Cloud Coach) and SharePoint. Produce status reports, support invoicing/revenue inputs, run kickoffs and stakeholder meetings, and drive continuous PMO process improvements.
