Analyzes and maps target digital networks, infrastructure, identifiers, services, and communications pathways for intelligence collection and operational planning. Correlates network and host artifacts across sources, develops target profiles and diagrams, produces customer-ready reports and briefings, documents analytic tradecraft, and collaborates with SIGINT, collection, exploitation, reporting, and data science teams. Supports technical intelligence analysis of military systems and network changes in a time-sensitive mission environment.

Produces mission-focused SIGINT intelligence by researching, analyzing, and integrating multi-source information into target profiles, assessments, briefings, and serialized reports. Edits analyst drafts, performs analytical and technical QA/QC, applies NSA tradecraft and reporting standards, and coordinates with Government leads, collectors, exploitation teams, and mission partners. The role requires senior TDNA experience, NSA-aligned reporting expertise, and completion of specified NSA training courses.

Supports Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems acquisition programs by assessing cost, schedule, and performance baselines; coordinating headquarters taskers; developing acquisition reports, plans, schedules, and senior-level briefings; and recommending solutions to program issues. The role supports program management reviews, IMP/IMS reviews, statutory and regulatory reporting, weapons-system acquisition across development, production, and deployment, and Agile software development with government and prime contractor teams.
