Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

AOR offers flexible spending accounts that can be used for health or dependent care expenses.

Disability Insurance

Disability insurance covers 60% of annual salary up to $6000 monthly maximum payout.

Dental Benefits

AOR provides dental insurance for all full-time employees through United Healthcare. AOR covers 60% of the employee's monthly insurance premium.

AOR provides vision insurance for all full-time employees through Beam Vision. AOR covers 60% of the employee's monthly insurance premium.

AOR offers a generous company-wide profit-sharing program. If we meet our agency goals, we allocate 25% of all net profits back to employees on a quarterly basis.

AOR offers 4 weeks paid leave and Short Term Disability to cover an additional 6-8 weeks. (AOR covers the premium for STD.) We offer 3 months of leave with an option to request an additional 90 days.

AOR offers flexible PTO- meaning no limit on the days you can take off (within reason). We require you take at least 10 days PTO a year to maintain a healthy work/ life balance.
