AOR offers flexible spending accounts that can be used for health or dependent care expenses.
AOR provides dental insurance for all full-time employees through United Healthcare. AOR covers 60% of the employee's monthly insurance premium.
AOR provides vision insurance for all full-time employees through Beam Vision. AOR covers 60% of the employee's monthly insurance premium.

AOR offers a generous company-wide profit-sharing program. If we meet our agency goals, we allocate 25% of all net profits back to employees on a quarterly basis.
Child Care & Parental Leave Benefits
Generous Parental Leave
AOR offers 4 weeks paid leave and Short Term Disability to cover an additional 6-8 weeks. (AOR covers the premium for STD.) We offer 3 months of leave with an option to request an additional 90 days.
Family Medical Leave
AOR offers 4 weeks paid leave and Short/Long Term Disability to cover additional time beyond that. (AOR covers both premiums.) We offer 3 months of leave with an option to request additional 90 days.
Vacation & Time Off Benefits
Unlimited Vacation Policy
AOR offers flexible PTO- meaning no limit on the days you can take off (within reason). We require you take at least 10 days PTO a year to maintain a healthy work/ life balance.

We offer mass transit benefit to commute to work in the amount of up to 2 books of 10-ride coupons on RTD each month. This is a benefit worth up to $90 every month.
AOR has quarterly paid team outings, as well as monthly happy hours. We also host several (epic) parties throughout the year.
All the essentials- snacks, (good) coffee, tea, chocolate, LaCroix, beer, wine- you name it.
We aim to do a (non-mandatory) paid happy hour once a month somewhere in the neighborhood.
