Leads finance for the Amerit Fleet Onsite Division, overseeing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax compliance, lease accounting, and working capital. Partners with operational leaders on performance analysis and profitability improvement, manages month-end close and consolidation support, and supervises accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams. The role requires strong US GAAP expertise, including ASC 606 and ASC 842, and supports divisional growth and strategic decision-making.

The National Sales Director will prospect, develop, and close large national fleet service accounts. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building an opportunity pipeline, cold calling, conducting client meetings and presentations, growing existing accounts, and selling service solutions to C-level decision-makers. The role is remote, territory-based, and requires strong hunting, negotiation, relationship-building, communication, and account development skills, along with travel to meet prospects and customers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud data lake infrastructure supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML. Develop batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality frameworks, governance policies, metadata and lineage systems, security controls, monitoring, disaster recovery, and performance optimization. Collaborate with IT, analytics, operations, and AI teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, accessibility, and effective use of enterprise datasets.

Manages environmental, health, and safety programs across a designated business segment. Provides expert guidance on hazard controls, training, compliance, investigations, audits, risk assessments, and emergency response. Develops corrective action plans, analyzes EHS metrics, coaches field leaders, improves safety culture, and ensures regulatory and client inspection readiness. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder influence, and travel up to 75%.

Administer and support the Enrich fleet maintenance platform across configuration, user access, data quality, interfaces, troubleshooting, testing, releases, documentation, and training. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for related fleet systems, investigate issues across application and data layers, monitor integrations, reconcile records, and coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams. Support process improvements, reporting, audit readiness, and critical incidents or deployments outside standard hours when necessary.
