Responsibilities include transaction timelines, data rooms, diligence coordination, closing checklists, signatures, corporate and regulatory filings, documentation, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, and process improvement across multiple concurrent acquisitions.

Leads portfolio performance across approximately 10 businesses, partnering with company leaders and investment teams to achieve revenue and earnings goals. Drives value-creation initiatives across pricing, sales, operations, and organizational design; monitors operating plans, identifies risks, improves reporting, and supports board communications. Builds trusted relationships, influences without direct authority, and executes strategic improvements across diverse businesses. The role requires extensive travel and on-site collaboration with portfolio companies.
