Leads regional pharmacy operations across multi-site clinics, overseeing regulatory compliance, sterile compounding standards, quality assurance, pharmacy information systems, inventory, financial controls, training, and process improvement. Supports mergers and acquisitions by assessing pharmacy operations, developing corrective action plans, and coordinating transitions. Partners with clinical, procurement, billing, IT, and leadership teams while mentoring pharmacy staff and conducting remote and onsite assessments. The role requires extensive pharmacy operations experience, frequent travel, and expertise in USP 797/800 and hazardous drug handling.

Provides registered nursing care for hematology and oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration, patient education, telephone triage, documentation, medication dispensing, and regulatory compliance. Leads onboarding and transition training for new employees and clinic staff, develops training materials, evaluates outcomes, and provides ongoing support across multiple sites. Requires extensive travel, multistate RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, IV therapy experience, and at least three years of hematology/oncology experience.

Provide safe, accurate infusion nursing care including assessment, lab/vital review, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, patient education, triage, EMR documentation, supply management, and interdisciplinary communication. Travel to East Coast clinics 1-2 times monthly.

Plans, executes, and optimizes integrated marketing campaigns supporting oncology network and partner practice growth. Manages paid traditional and digital media, marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, website content, and HubSpot email automation campaigns. Analyzes campaign performance, manages vendors and agencies, maintains brand standards, and coordinates multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders. The role requires strong copywriting, project management, digital marketing, and healthcare marketing expertise.
