Manage and develop a team of 9+ Sales Lead Generators across partnered retail stores. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, coaching, performance management, sales training, store relationship management, event and promotional communication, and achieving lead-generation and staffing goals. The role spends 60–65% of time in the field working with lead generators and store management.

Manage accounting and finance operations for Aurora and Denver service centers, including revenue recognition, job costing, inventory, payables, receivables, close procedures, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, audits, payroll oversight, and technical accounting. Partner with operational leadership on profitability and cost improvements, ensure financial controls, analyze variances, and lead, train, and develop the accounting team.

Provide residential and commercial drain cleaning and unclogging services. Diagnose issues, explain solutions, obtain customer approval, operate drain cleaning equipment, jetters, and inspection cameras, and remove or reset toilets and P-traps. Maintain and stock a service vehicle, track tools, complete service documentation, and deliver strong customer service while following company safety and screening requirements.
