Responsibilities include market mapping, competitor intelligence, passive candidate pipeline development, workforce planning, high-volume recruiting, candidate experience, stakeholder consultation, and end-to-end advisor recruitment. The role partners with senior leaders and internal teams to develop hiring strategies, evaluate candidates, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.

Supervise operational, business, client-risk, regulatory-review, and compliance activities across Private Wealth offices. Review transactions, exception requests, correspondence, social media communications, and complaints; escalate issues and support risk management. Manage communications and quality-control reporting, lead account transitions, resolve errors, and collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, portfolio management, and senior leadership. Assist with projects and analysis while maintaining strong client-service and policy knowledge.
