Owns end-to-end inventory and material flow, including receiving, storage, kitting, production issuance, stockroom standards, cycle counting, logistics, and hardware shipping. Supports procurement and planning by generating purchase orders, sourcing quotes, monitoring suppliers, and prioritizing materials using BOMs, inventory, lead times, and schedules. Maintains accurate supply chain data, identifies shortages and risks, and builds scalable processes across engineering, production, quality, finance, suppliers, and test facilities.

Design, build, and integrate spacecraft electrical ground support equipment and flatsat testbeds. Perform hands-on soldering, crimping, connector assembly, cable routing, continuity checks, harness inspection, and electrical troubleshooting using laboratory equipment. Collaborate with electrical, software, systems, and AI&T engineers to advance spacecraft hardware from design through integration and testing.

Develop and execute business development and capture strategies for national security space opportunities. Build trusted relationships with government and commercial customers, identify and shape opportunities, support teaming and win approaches, coordinate engineering and internal teams, and contribute to proposal development, executive reviews, and customer engagements across DoW and IC mission areas.

Assemble, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair spacecraft and production hardware. Fabricate wire harnesses, follow engineering drawings and BOMs, improve manufacturing processes, maintain build records, and train teammates.

Lead electrical engineer responsible for power and analog architecture across spacecraft programs (EPS, BMS, isolated supplies, analog chains). Set technical direction, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, ensure space-grade practices (derating, radiation mitigation), and collaborate with FPGA, software, mechanical, and systems teams. Lead and own execution of cross-functional hardware programs: build and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules (engineering, production, software), identify and mitigate slips, run replans, maintain Linear as system of record, build program-management practices, and represent programs externally while focusing on internal delivery.

Lead hardware engineering across opto-mechanical, structures, thermal, and avionics teams. Own design margin discipline, drive AIT build flow from mirror fabrication through environmental test, define make-vs-buy strategy, develop managers, partner with software/systems/program teams, and lead design reviews and anomaly investigations to scale production for VLEO missions.

Lead and grow the satellite software org (flight software, GNC, ground systems, applied AI). Own integrated software performance, simulation/HIL infrastructure, GNC analytical-to-flight closure, and cross-discipline technical leadership to meet autonomy and mission objectives.

Design and implement high-accuracy onboard orbit estimators for VLEO spacecraft, develop dynamic process models, and support GNSS spaceflight hardware integration, while ensuring reliable flight software through robust testing and validation methods.

Hands-on internship assembling mechanical and electromechanical ground support, R&D prototypes, and flight hardware. Support design of production workspaces, tooling, and inventory systems; maintain lab organization and safety; create and refine work instructions and configuration tracking; assist outsourced manufacturing and vendor improvements; collaborate with engineers on design-for-manufacturability and assembly.
