Leads preconstruction activities for a strategic business unit, overseeing estimating, planning, budgeting, cost control, project procurement, business development, sales, proposals, and client relationships. Supervises estimating and business development personnel, develops processes and tools, supports project reviews, evaluates new service opportunities, and trains team members. Requires substantial commercial or industrial construction estimating experience across hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual projects.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, training programs, and assigned construction tasks. Requires construction-related education, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to read drawings and specifications, discretion, and the ability to follow directions. General construction knowledge and experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, or CMiC are advantageous.
