AffirmedRx, PBC Benefits Overview

Serves as the day-to-day operational contact for employer and health plan clients. Supports benefit administration, eligibility updates, plan changes, implementations, renewals, reporting, and issue resolution. Coordinates across Operations, Eligibility, Billing, Clinical, and IT teams, maintains account documentation in Salesforce, monitors performance and pharmacy utilization, prepares client reporting, and identifies service improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Leads the Client Executive function for strategic health plan and PBM accounts. Manages, coaches, and develops the team; owns client retention, renewals, expansion, consultant and broker relationships, contract economics, and escalation management. Partners cross-functionally on account strategy, reporting, onboarding, organizational scaling, and renewal performance. Personally manages high-value relationships and complex renewals while building a scalable client ownership model.

Leads a specialized data operations team supporting PBM client eligibility and accumulator data. Owns file layouts, data mapping, SFTP transmissions, coding automations, monitoring, change control, and data integrity. Applies hands-on claims adjudication expertise to troubleshoot issues and support client onboarding and escalations. Serves as Scrum Master, manages team performance, coordinates cross-functional priorities, and improves operational processes. Requires direct client communication and 10%–20% travel.
