Lead fund administration for mutual funds and ETFs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing product implementation, financial reporting, and treasury operations.

Lead and oversee compliance and risk programs for TAM, ensuring adherence to Investment Company Act Rule 38a-1 and Advisers Act Rule 206(4)-7. Advise the CCO, manage complex compliance matters, develop policies, lead testing/monitoring, administer AML/sanctions programs, direct regulatory exams, and provide guidance to senior managers while leading training and cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support manager oversight across mutual funds, ETFs, and other vehicles. Perform manager searches, monitor performance, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate sub-advisor contract renewals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent investment management in committees and Board meetings.
