Provide perioperative support by anticipating surgeon needs, assembling supplies and equipment, monitoring aseptic technique, handing instruments, and maintaining regulatory and instrumentation knowledge. Support patient and staff satisfaction, follow surgeon directions, and perform other assigned OR duties.

Performs patient registration, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and Medicare compliance reviews. Creates estimates, collects payments or sets payment plans, documents interactions, provides PBX coverage, and coordinates between clinical and revenue-cycle teams to ensure accurate records and a positive patient experience.

Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care across inpatient, operative, and outpatient settings. Perform clinical exams, order and interpret tests, write orders and prescriptions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, educate patients and families, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with physicians and APPs using approved protocols.
