Leads strategic growth for high-value national accounts by managing a $12.5M+ pipeline, developing account plans, expanding revenue, and strengthening client partnerships. Builds executive relationships, manages RFPs and presentations, supports local teams across markets, and coordinates cross-functional execution. Identifies opportunities through market intelligence, influences teams without direct authority, and drives consistent client experiences, profitability, retention, and share-of-wallet growth.
