Design, implement, and manage large-scale Linux-based systems with strong security and compliance. Maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Linux environments, perform backups and recovery, automate tasks, participate in capacity planning and performance tuning, and manage disaster recovery. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to evaluate and adopt new technologies.

Lead and coordinate 24/7 enterprise network monitoring and incident response across 187+ bases. Manage shift operations, escalate Tier 2 issues, drive incident resolution in ServiceNow, produce daily reports, maintain SOPs and documentation, mentor network engineers, track KPIs, and ensure operational readiness on a permanently assigned 12-hour Panama shift.

Implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise HPE storage and Veeam backup infrastructure; design SAN/NAS, support MariaDB recoveries, perform DR/BC planning and testing, automate tasks, ensure RMF/STIG compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Produce, edit, and maintain RMF-aligned technical documentation (policies, procedures, manuals). Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and compliance teams to translate technical controls into clear guidance, update documents across the RMF lifecycle, and mentor junior writers to ensure NIST and federal compliance.
