As a Staff Quant Strategist Engineer, you will model and validate Aave's products' economics, design new protocol mechanisms, and contribute to growth-side decisions using quantitative insights.

Lead development of Aave's iOS app: build secure wallet and blockchain integrations, ship polished UIKit-based UI, optimize performance, collaborate with design and backend teams, and own large product areas end-to-end.

Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain secure Solidity smart contracts and dApps on Ethereum and EVM networks; develop protocol-level infrastructure; respond to and simulate security incidents; debug, review code for security, and mentor other engineers while staying current with Ethereum ecosystem developments.

Lead and develop the Risk team, own the risk management frameworks, coordinate with external providers, and ensure optimal risk posture for protocol.
