Compensation + Benefits
Offers 401(K)
All full time staff members who are 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan on the first day of the month following employment.

Offers charitable contribution matching
We are proud to offer a Matching Gift Program for qualified charities up to $1,000 per employee per year. We also offer a $5,000 quarterly donation to a charity voted on by staff members.

AffiniPay offers paid leave upon the birth or adoption of a child. Staff members who serve as the primary OR the secondary caregiver are provided with sixteen (16) weeks of paid parental leave.

All staff members are eligible for a mid-year and end of year bonus. An additional percent is added to the bonus for those staff members who have celebrated 3, 5, and 10 year anniversaries too!
