Handle incoming sales calls, emails, and chat requests to identify customer needs and provide the best solution based on the client’s IT environment and/or stated goals.
Assist the sales team in generating quotes based on client requirements. Follow up on existing quotes for approval. Communicate with internal and external users post-approval to facilitate purchase flow and manage expectations.
Make outbound sales calls to established leads from sources including telemarketing leads, web leads, trade show leads, and marketing leads. Mine current contact database for unrealized sales potential and cultivate current customer relationships for return-business opportunities.
