The Front Range tech scene is hiring! On Sept. 25, Cardinal Peak and the Daniels College of Business at University of Denver will host the third Tech Job Fair to showcase nearly 200 job openings ranging from entry-level to senior level-positions.
This is the first Tech Job Fair that we are holding in Denver but the fairs have been immensely successful over the past year, with the latest event drawing more than 300 job applicants. While unemployment levels remain high, the unemployment rate for software engineers in Colorado is only 0.20 percent and has a 10 percent annual growth rate. There is a demand for senior and entry-level tech and software engineers in Colorado, and Cardinal Peak and the Daniels College of Business have teamed up with 13 local companies in the hope to fill these positions and bring the right talent to each team.
