Vantor, a spatial intelligence company headquartered in Westminster, announced the launch of its new solution, WorldView 3D. This satellite-based product is designed to provide warfighters, intelligence analysts and cartographers with an accurate and up-to-date ground-level model of the physical world.
The company serves governments and businesses by delivering tools to build a unified picture of the current state of being on Earth and in space. Vantor’s Tensorglobe platform leverages an imaging satellite constellation to orchestrate the full spatial intelligence cycle, supporting functions like mapmaking and tactical operations.
The WorldView 3D solution integrates Vantor’s satellite tasking capabilities, AI-powered production software and 3D spatial foundation to provide updated terrain data in real time. It is available through two options based on varying mission needs: Rapid 3D, which is designed for time-sensitive missions where terrain conditions can change quickly, and High-definition 3D to support missions requiring higher accuracy and precision.
“WorldView 3D sets a new standard for how customers maintain command of the ground truth and decision advantage in a fast-changing world,” Peter Wilczynski, Vantor’s CPO, said in a statement. “From command and control to autonomous systems operating in GPS-denied environments, many of today’s most complex missions require current, accurate 3D terrain. With WorldView 3D, customers can update the specific areas they care about, including remote and contested areas where traditional aircraft collection is limited, with unmatched speed and scale.”
