Active Junky is acquired by Purch
Purch announced earlier this week it had acquired Denver-based Active Junky. Purch, a digital content and services company, recently raised $135 million. Active Junky, an early Galvanize member, is expected to continue to operate as a standalone site. The financial terms of the deal have not been released. The Zayo Group is on the road to profit, again
The Boulder-based Zayo Group reported a 22 percent jump in sales to pull in over $5 million in profit in last year’s fourth quarter.
