Digabit today announced Michael Cullom has joined the company as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cullom brings with him an extensive background in finance, marketing and corporate development, along with a deep appreciation for Digabit and its role in helping manufacturers solve the challenge of providing up-to-date electronic parts catalogs and technical documentation for complex machinery and equipment.

Cullom will lead Digabit’s financial operations, where he will develop the fiscal well-being of the organization by providing projections and accounting services as well as preparing growth plans and directing staff.

Cullom has over 30 years of experience as a finance, marketing and corporate development executive at businesses ranging from startups to the Fortune 50. He specializes in leading business growth, planning and execution, and has actively participated in numerous successful mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Michael holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Prior to joining Digabit, Michael was the Managing Director at Evergreen Management Advisors, where he provided strategic consultation and CFO expertise to businesses. In addition, Michael acts as an advisor and board member to several entities on an ongoing basis.
