Zayo Group about to make huge buy

Boulder-based Zayo Group is in the process of purchasing Latisys Holdings LLC, a Greewood Village-based data center company, for $675 million. This acqusition will add four new markets to its zColo data center services. [Zayo to buy Latisys for $675 million: Denver Business Journal]

$7M for AntriaBio

Artifact Uprising acquired

Denver-based Artifact Uprising, a web company which makes tangible products for digital photos, has been acquired by VSCO (Visual Supply Co.). Financial terms were not disclosed. Boulder's Techstars launching in Berlin
