Comcast Expands Fiber Network Throughout the Denver Metro Area

Comcast Business announced this week a major proactive expansion of its advanced network across the Denver metro area, providing local businesses with access to new high-speed Internet and fiber optic Ethernet service options. The fiber-based Ethernet network is capable of delivering speeds up to 10 Gigabits-per-second (Gbps). These upgrades will support the metro area’s thriving business climate and economy; and represent the latest of Comcast’s continued investment in Colorado. Comcast is investing more than $10 million to deliver an Ethernet and commercial Wi-Fi experience to more enterprises located in multiple metro areas including downtown Denver, Aurora, Englewood, Castle Rock, Wheat Ridge and more.

Comcast opens new office

Comcast opened its new Wynkoop Office last week with the help of Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock, who cut the big red ribbon.
