Xactly Corp doubles down on Denver expansion, plans to hire hundreds

Doubling down on its Denver growth plans, sales compensation software provider Xactly Corp will take over three floors in the building at 1125 Seventeenth St. downtown. The move is part of a multi-year effort to expand Xactly’s Denver footprint and add as many as three hundred new members to its team. In November, Colorado’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade awarded the company an $11.1 million job growth tax credit, contingent upon its hiring of 479 full-time employees within the next eight years. Jim Lejeal joins VictorOps team as new CFO

VictorOps, creator of DevOps incident management software, appointed Jim Lejeal as chief financial officer. Lejeal has held CFO positions at companies like Rally Software, Raindance Communications and, mostly recently, at Boulder-based Sphero. Riot Blockchain reveals plans to acquire Logical Brokerage Corp, enter futures market

Yesterday, investment firm and Bitcoin miner Riot Blockchain submitted a Letter of Intent stating its plans to acquire Miami, FL-based futures introducing broker Logical Brokerage Corp. The move signals Riot’s intentions to launch both a digital currency exchange and a futures brokerage operation within the United States.
